Agreement

By accessing or using Bina (available at getbina.app and datetomarry.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. "Bina", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Bina platform and its operators.

What Bina is

Bina is a family-oriented dating platform designed for people who are serious about finding a life partner and building a family. We provide matchmaking tools, relationship support features, and a community built on shared values. Bina is currently in a pre-launch phase, collecting waitlist signups and feedback.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bina.
• You must provide accurate information. Misrepresenting your identity, age, marital status, or intentions is grounds for immediate removal.
• By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are genuinely interested in marriage and building a family.

Your conduct

When you use Bina (now or in the future), you agree to:

• Treat every person on the platform with honesty and respect
• Not use the platform for harassment, fraud, deception, or any illegal activity
• Not create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself
• Not use Bina for commercial solicitation, spam, or recruitment
• Not attempt to extract other users' personal data
• Report any behavior that makes you feel unsafe

Our community values

Bina is built on the belief that the family is the most important unit of society. We expect all members of our community to share a commitment to honesty, respect, and genuine intention. We reserve the right to remove anyone who undermines the safety or integrity of the community, at our sole discretion.

Waitlist and pre-launch

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Bina when it launches. We may limit access by geography, capacity, or other factors. Waitlist position does not confer any rights or obligations. The demographic information you provide is optional and used solely to help us plan the product.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Bina and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.

Feedback you submit

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit through our forms become the property of Bina. We may use your feedback to improve the product without any obligation to compensate you. We will never publicly attribute feedback to you without your consent.

No guarantees

Bina is a platform that facilitates introductions. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, a relationship, or a marriage. We do not perform background checks on waitlist members at this stage. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with anyone you meet through Bina.

Limitation of liability

Bina is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bina and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or interactions with other users.

Termination

You may remove yourself from our waitlist at any time by emailing privacy@getbina.app. We may remove you from the waitlist or deny access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Bina evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Bina operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
